Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?

Every user gets 5 credits each day. Your balance refills to 5 at the start of each day, and unused credits do not roll over — the daily maximum is always 5.

What does one message cost?

Each chat message uses a small fraction of a credit. The exact amount depends on the length and complexity of the question and the answer. A typical short Q&A uses only a tiny portion of one credit, so 5 credits is enough for many conversations per day.

What happens when I run out?

If your balance reaches 0, sending new messages is blocked until your credits refill on the next day. You can still read your existing conversations any time.

Why credits?

The credit system keeps the service fair and sustainable for everyone, so a single heavy user can't exhaust the resources that the whole community shares.

Where can I see my balance?

Your remaining credits are shown at the bottom of the chat sidebar, next to the language selector.
